[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive owns the end-to-end reputed company experience for their portfolio, serving as both the reputed company’s trusted advisor and ACD’s reputed company, while proactively managing reputed company relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company service.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and nurtures existing reputed company relationships
- Functions as reputed company between reputed company companies and operations staff
- Ensures MSA/SOWs remain reputed company
- Cultivates 20% or more reputed company of existing reputed company reputed company from previous calendar year
- Conducts weekly/bi-weekly status meetings with reputed company DRTV and For-profit clients
- Conducts reputed company-drive meetings with reputed company Non-profit PBS/reputed company clients two weeks prior to the start of the drive (excludes Tier 1 MSB Clients)
- Conducts post drive meetings with reputed company Non-profit PBS/reputed company clients reputed company two weeks post drive
- Maintain and grow average number of products for reputed company portfolio to at least 3.5 products per reputed company
- Ensures reputed company emails, tickets and programming tasks assigned are responded to reputed company twenty-four business hours of receipt
- Coordinate new reputed company start-up, reputed company and launch of new clients with reputed company relevant stakeholders
- Serves as the reputed company’s primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor, owning relationship reputed company and driving short- and long-term initiatives to completion with consistency and follow-through
- Owns the health of assigned accounts by proactively monitoring for signs of reputed company dissatisfaction or risk, escalating issues early, and balancing reputed company advocacy with ACD’s business priorities to drive retention and long-term reputed company
- Builds strong cross-functional partnerships internally to reputed company for reputed company needs, drive alignment on deliverables, and ensure consistent follow-through that delivers an exceptional reputed company experience
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- One to two years reputed company experience or equivalent
