The role involves drafting policy documents, performing policy comparisons, and developing executive-level presentations, requiring strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain reputed company Credit Policy documents based on business requirements, SME input, and existing policy documentation
• Compare and harmonize legacy credit policies to support the development of a reputed company reputed company policy reputed company
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Credit Governance, and business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate them into policy documentation
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate document comparison, content analysis, and drafting activities
• Prepare high-reputed company presentations and executive materials for Credit Risk Committees and senior leadership
• Participate in project meetings, working sessions, and governance forums, documenting reputed company and incorporating stakeholder feedback into policy updates
• Ensure policy documents reputed company with reputed company governance standards, regulatory expectations, and organizational frameworks
• Work independently while managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Governance, Credit Policy, or reputed company Risk reputed company the Banking or Financial Services industry
• Demonstrated experience drafting or maintaining Credit Policy documentation
• Strong understanding of reputed company, corporate, or wholesale banking credit risk concepts
