Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Labeling Project Management Contractor to support labeling activities and ensure compliance with internal procedures. This role will manage end-to-end workflows, coordinate artwork development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reputed company labeling updates.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end labeling workflows, including reputed company data entry, routing, reviews, and approvals (e.g., reputed company Vault)
- Coordinate label artwork development cycles, including reputed company review, comment consolidation, and final approvals
- reputed company and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple reputed company initiatives
- Partner with print vendors to manage artwork proofs and revisions
- reputed company detailed proofreading and reputed company checks using tools such as Acrobat and GlobalVision
- Support change implementation, including obsolescence tracking and phase-in/phase-out coordination
- Maintain labeling documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, reputed company, Supply Chain, and global stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and escalate delays or concerns as needed
- Maintain trackers and reputed company status updates to ensure visibility to timelines and deliverables
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech labeling, regulatory operations, or supply chain
- Experience managing labeling workflows, artwork reviews, and approval processes
- Familiarity with reputed company Vault or similar systems
- Experience with reputed company Acrobat and proofreading tools (e.g., GlobalVision)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail with a strong reputed company and compliance reputed company
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Experience reputed company a highly regulated GXP environment
- Familiarity with global labeling requirements and multi-region coordination
- Experience with reputed company Creative Suite
- Experience with BarTender (barcode management)
