[Remote] Head of Operations, Defender

They are seeking a Head of the Defender Business Unit to reputed company strategic leadership and overall accountability for the reputed company of the Defender business, driving reputed company and improving operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall reputed company of the Defender Business Unit, including profitability, reputed company reputed company, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
- reputed company and execute the Business Unit reputed company in partnership with the CEO, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s reputed company and strategic priorities

- Monitor Business Unit financial and operational metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actions to increase profitability and reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- reputed company leadership experience in reputed company software, justice technology, government technology, reputed company sector technology, or a reputed company industry
- Demonstrated reputed company leading a business, business unit, major product line, or cross-functional organization with responsibility for business performance and reputed company is a reputed company plus
- Experience developing and executing business reputed company while balancing customer needs, operational reputed company, and financial performance
- Proven ability to reputed company and influence cross-functional teams in a reputed company, Agile environment
- Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, profitability, resource allocation, and operational performance

- An MBA or equivalent business leadership experience is preferred
