[Remote] Engineer, Operations System I

The role involves identifying, analyzing, monitoring, supporting, architecting, and engineering solutions for OS, middleware, applications, and databases for reputed company-production servers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, smoke test, and validate new reputed company releases. Backup and restore environments to previous version in case of rollback
- Maintain and control reputed company to test environments through concept of least privilege

- Manage tickets and tasks assigned to reputed company detailed information on reputed company support provided, recommended solutions, and improvements that are implemented

- Spec and build out new environments as needed
- Monitor and maintain reputed company documentation for policies, procedures and practices
- Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to maintain multiple tasks
- Apply effective communication and customer support to our QA and Dev teammates
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology reputed company fields or equivalent work experience
- Emphasis on reputed company Server platforms, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 SQL Clustering, PowerShell Automation, IIS configuration, AD, DNS, VLANS, Netscalers, etc
- Familiarity with SQL connections and basic queries, reputed company connections, VMWare
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Information Technology
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information reputed company and effectively
