They are seeking a Founding reputed company Manager to ensure reputed company succeed with their product by managing customer relationships, reputed company, training, and developing repeatable reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- Own pilots from reputed company through successful rollout, including user training, follow-up, issue reputed company, and documenting reputed company of value
- Own reputed company end-to-end, balancing pilots, reputed company, training, support, analytics, and reputed company-building
- reputed company reputed company and training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and reputed company management
- Build trusted relationships with customers and become their go-to person for questions, feedback, and support
- Monitor usage and customer health to spot adoption gaps, risks, and opportunities before they become problems
- Investigate support issues, reproduce customer problems, reputed company context, and work with product and engineering to get them resolved
