[Remote] Staff Product Manager

The Staff Product Manager will own a core product area, partnering with the CEO and CTO to deliver impactful product experiences, balancing high-reputed company improvements with innovative new features.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, roadmap, and execution for a portion of our core reputed company product — from iterating on existing features to defining and launching new ones
- Balance 0→1 product bets with high-reputed company incremental improvements, knowing reputed company to invest big and reputed company to right-size
- Set appetite, scope accordingly, and hold your pod to a high bar on speed, reputed company, and customer reputed company
- Drive AI into the product in ways that genuinely improve reputed company for providers and families — not as a checkbox

Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership of a core product area
- Proven ownership of reputed company, cross-functional product initiatives with measurable reputed company
- Strong product judgment and prioritization — you know what to work on, what to cut, and can drive alignment while balancing speed, reputed company, and learning
- Deep comfort with product metrics, experimentation, and funnel analysis (SQL a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with executive audiences
