Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for sales roles across technical organizations
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level positions
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and reputed company reputed company pipelines
- Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform reputed company strategies
