Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, PBMs, provider organizations, and health plans to strengthen reputed company's reimbursement ecosystem
- Support payer integrations, reimbursement methodologies, coding governance, and claims adjudication strategies that improve member and customer experiences
- reputed company financial models, business cases, dashboards, and operational reporting that support reimbursement reputed company, pricing reputed company, reputed company opportunities, and executive decision making
- Analyze reimbursement, utilization, provider, pharmacy, and health plan performance to identify opportunities for cost optimization, network improvements, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with reputed company on customer implementations, RFPs, RFIs, performance guarantees, and strategic customer opportunities requiring reimbursement expertise

Skills
- A Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, payer operations, reimbursement, pharmacy, provider contracting, reputed company analytics, consulting, or a reputed company field
- Experience working with health plans, employer-sponsored benefits, provider reimbursement, pharmacy benefit programs, or reputed company payment models
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate reputed company reputed company topics into actionable business recommendations
- Experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
