[Remote] Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Remote Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative who will assist customers with reputed company benefits, including Medicare enrollment and claims processing, while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Help people every day by taking calls, reputed company listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions
- Answering calls regarding reputed company benefits
- Assisting members with enrollment into the Medicare plan
- Disenrolling them from their plan
- Processing claims regarding their plan
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems
Skills
- Must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test
- Keyboarding and software proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory reputed company program
- Successful completion of background reputed company is required for this position
- You must have a home internet reputed company with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed
- Must be reputed company to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem reputed company ethernet
- Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace
