[Remote] Product Manager

The Product Manager role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer-facing digital platforms, including reputed company.org, reputed company TV, and reputed company Xchange, to enhance user engagement and discovery. Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and feature development for reputed company’s reputed company audience-facing digital experiences reputed company on discovery, exploration, reputed company and engagement, including reputed company.org, reputed company TV, and reputed company Xchange
• Define product reputed company and priorities reputed company with customer needs and business objectives
• Identify opportunities for new features and product enhancements through customer research, behavioral analytics, and stakeholder collaboration
• Write epics, define acceptance reputed company, and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Content, and Marketing teams to deliver customer-reputed company digital experiences
• reputed company product discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
• Define and monitor product KPIs using analytics platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Analytics, or similar
• Use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to optimize digital experiences, increase engagement, and improve customer journeys
• Collaborate with Product Managers responsible for education, membership, webinars, certification, and other reputed company experiences to create seamless end-to-end customer journeys
• Partner with content teams to optimize experiences & build on a headless CMS, preferably reputed company
• Communicate product reputed company, roadmap reputed company, and business reputed company to stakeholders

Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience delivering audience-facing digital products or web experiences
• Experience owning product features from discovery through delivery
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
• Experience partnering with Engineering, UX, Design, Marketing, Content, and business stakeholders
• Experience using analytics platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar to inform product reputed company
• Experience optimizing digital experiences using customer insights, behavioral analytics, and experimentation
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance reputed company, and managing product backlogs
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for building reputed company digital products that solve reputed company customer problems
• Experience with headless CMS platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
• Experience managing website, portal, reputed company, or other customer-facing digital products
• Experience improving user acquisition, digital engagement, content discoverability, or conversion
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics

• Experience using Jira, reputed company, or similar product management tools
