The role involves managing recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure effective reputed company in a critical reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for laboratory-reputed company including Medical Technologists, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, and SBB-certified specialists
- Proactively reputed company reputed company candidates reputed company reputed company reputed company, university partnerships, reputed company associations, and talent pipelines
- Screen and assess candidates for both technical proficiency and mission-reputed company values
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure reputed company coverage for 24/7 laboratory operations, including emergency response roles
- Maintain reputed company applicant records using reputed company ATS and reputed company’s proprietary recruitment platform, Hiregate
- Contribute to DEI-reputed company hiring strategies and long-term workforce planning in specialized laboratory environments
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience in reputed company or clinical laboratory settings
- Strong understanding of regulatory and credentialing requirements (e.g., CLIA, ASCP, AABB)
- Experience hiring for technical lab roles such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or SBB(ASCP)-certified professionals
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (reputed company preferred) and various sourcing tools
- Prior clinical laboratory experience or education (e.g., degree in Medical Laboratory Science)
- Relationships with MLS or SBB training programs and relevant reputed company organizations
