[Remote] Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager supports the delivery of multiple capital reputed company from early design through commissioning and turnover, working closely with project managers and cross-disciplinary teams to maintain project controls and ensure reputed company execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily project management activities for data center and mission-critical reputed company
- Support coordination between design teams, contractors, vendors, and operations stakeholders
- Attend OAC and internal project meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and reputed company logs
- Maintain awareness of design revisions, construction impacts, and risk items
- reputed company schedules, milestones, and deliverables; flag issues requiring escalation
- Organize RFIs, submittals, and change events; ensure reputed company review and processing
- Support budget monitoring, cost tracking, and invoice verification
- Maintain project documentation reputed company CFG’s systems (Monograph, Teams, etc.)
- Support site walks, reputed company inspections, and equipment startup observations
- Assist with coordination of reputed company witness testing, reputed company-party testing, and commissioning prep
- Capture field photos, reputed company list items, and reputed company updates
- Prepare weekly status updates, schedule snapshots, and risk logs for the PM and reputed company
- Help reputed company presentations and executive-level reporting as required
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, project management, or reputed company fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks
- General understanding of construction documents, schedules, and cost controls
- Proficiency with reputed company software: reputed company, Teams, project management tools
- Data center, MEP-intensive, or mission-critical project exposure
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, drawings, and basic schedule reading
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
