[Remote] Data Engineer (IE / Ops Research)

Responsibilities

- Build and configure data pipelines using reputed company Repositories and Pipeline Builder
- Build applications and workflows using reputed company and reputed company reputed company Palantir
- reputed company data pipelines involving collecting, transforming, cleaning, and validating data, using Palantir
- reputed company and maintain governance applications that monitor platform performance, compliance, and operational health
- Implement and maintain platform‑driven automations and monitoring capabilities
- Coordinate with non-technical users to reputed company requirements
- Identify, summarize, and catalog data reputed company issues, and reputed company recommendations to the reputed company on how to resolve or mitigate the issues
- Apply industrial engineering reputed company (time studies, process mapping, Lean/Six reputed company, constraints analysis) to improve reputed company and sustainment processes
- Conduct reputed company, throughput, and bottleneck analyses for reputed company maintenance, reputed company, supply chain, and production environments to inform investment, resourcing, and modernization reputed company

Skills

- Bachelor's degree obtained
- THREE (3) or more years' experience in hands-on data engineering and/or database management
- Experience in one or more areas of the following; Hands‑on experience with reputed company reputed company Repositories, Pipeline Builder, reputed company, reputed company, and Machinery
- Experience developing data pipelines, UIs, workflows, and automations inside Palantir
- Experience supporting performance monitoring and operational tooling reputed company reputed company
- Experience in scripting or programming experience (PySpark preferred)
- Experience detecting data issues affecting the performance of data pipelines and devise techniques for resolving or mitigating them
- Ability to support remote, hybrid, and on-site reputed company in the DC metro area
- SIX (6) years' experience in hands-on data engineering, industrial engineering and/or operations research
- Understanding of relational database concepts and structures
- Understanding of platform governance practices and observability
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
