They are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment across multiple sites, focusing on safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Use equipment health and performance data to identify issues early, recommend fixes, and help teams prioritize the most impactful work
- Partner with maintenance/operations to reduce repeat failures through reputed company cause problem solving and reputed company improvement habits
- Support daily/weekly execution by contributing to the maintenance plan and schedule (including routine reporting and prioritization inputs)

Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong mechanical understanding
- Typically 5+ years in maintenance systems, reliability/asset health work, or maintenance supervision/leadership
- Data Analytics, Vibration Monitoring, Tribology, Six reputed company, Lean, Manufacturing/Operations, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, proven record of asset performance improvement
- Understanding of World-class Reliability and Maintenance concepts, metrics, Statistics, Project Management, Data Analytics, Engineering Principles, ISO Standards, Manufacturing, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Planning & Scheduling, Proactive and Predictive Maintenance
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred, but we're casting a wide net for the right problem-solver
