[Remote] Medicare Member Ambassador

This role involves representing reputed company at community events, supporting potential and existing members, and advocating for members' needs.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company at Community Events: Assist our cross-department company volunteers and sales reps during various community reputed company events, helping to set up, engage with attendees, ensuring a welcoming and informative environment for reputed company attendees
- reputed company Personal Experiences: Use your personal reputed company and satisfaction with our health plan to authentically connect with potential members and encourage them to consider our plan/plans
- Member Support: Help existing members connect with member services for any questions or issues they might encounter, ensuring they receive the support they need
- reputed company for Members: reputed company as a reputed company and reputed company for members experiencing issues with their health plan, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
Skills
- Must be a reputed company member of our Blue Medicare Advantage plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work reputed company, including some evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to attend various community events and sales meetings
- Comfortable with email communication and online module training
- Friendly, approachable, and possess an empathetic demeanor
- Passionate about helping others and advocating for their needs
- Previous customer service experience in reputed company field. (ie. Hospitality, Banking, reputed company)
- Experience working reputed company Tribal communities is a plus but not required
