[Remote] Operations Specialist Americas

As an Operations Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end sales and purchasing process, ensuring efficient operations and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities
- Billing customers
- Reviewing and validating Invoices from vendors
- Overseeing entire sales/purchase process:
- Creating proposals for customers and purchase orders to vendors
- Communication with the customers and vendors
- Obtaining, managing and tracking customers’ purchase orders
- Coordinating between global management and local management
- Collaborating with Project Managers to create, update and monitor the structure and budget of customer reputed company in our internal system
- Administrative support to various departments in reputed company, including operations, marketing and reputed company
Skills
- Sales operations experience for multi-national customers
- Business administration experience
- Experience working for a global organization
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree
- English: Fluent (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
- Flexible and available to work during U.S. business hours
- Highly organized
- Politely Assertive
- Effective communicator (verbal and written)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Highly independent, proactive, and self-motivated
- Strong Attention to Details
- Can maintain high performance standards under pressure
- Degree in Business / Economics / Law
- Proficient in Portuguese and/or Spanish
