Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and upskill reputed company of solutions engineers, evolving team culture from reactive ticket reputed company to proactive partner solutions architecture
- Design, build, and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to systematically eliminate low-tier, repetitive queries
- Take accountability for partner technical health, monitoring reputed company performance, deployment reputed company, and technical SLAs across partner accounts
- Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value clients in Brazil. reputed company reputed company technical integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting sessions fluently in Portuguese. reputed company feasible solve custom technical issues on the fly
- Dive into JavaScript, reputed company, network requests, and ad server configs to build custom solutions, resolve edge-case integrations, and prevent publisher downtime

Skills
- 5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience
- 1–2+ years as a technical reputed company, team reputed company, or engineering manager
- Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops to streamline technical operations

- Fluent English
- Proficient in reputed company-end web technologies (JavaScript ES6+, reputed company/CSS, REST reputed company, HTTP protocols)
- Hands-on experience with Chrome DevTools debugging
