Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day reputed company SuccessFactors EC Payroll operations for US payroll
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll configuration and processing issues
- reputed company payroll validation, reconciliation, and compliance checks
- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll settings
- Support payroll testing, upgrades, and enhancement reputed company
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll)
- Strong knowledge of US payroll processes, taxation, and compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll configuration
- Experience supporting payroll testing and production payroll cycles
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and fluent English
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable presenting to HR, Finance and IT stakeholders at reputed company reputed company including executive sponsors
