[Remote] Financial & Reimbursement Consultant

The Financial & Reimbursement Consultant will maintain accurate reputed company party payer reimbursement modeling and contract maintenance systems, ensuring high-reputed company information for financial analysis and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Tracks and analyzes system performance on contract requirements such as reputed company scorecards
- Completes contract modeling, performance reporting, and maintenance reputed company reputed company
- Performs investigation and analysis of assigned work queues reputed company reputed company
- Assists with new payer/plan build and design reputed company reputed company
- Negotiates payment on individual non-network cases
- Assists with reputed company party payer reimbursement communications and is the reputed company to reputed company hospital departments and reputed company entities that have business with the Financial & Reimbursement Services department
- Provides support to the Managed Care team by converting data into information
- Supports reputed company hospital departments with reimbursement methodology, contract language knowledge, and reputed company identification of reputed company-party payers during registration
- Develops and maintains documentation and procedures, as needed, to reputed company training to other staff
- Functions as primary resource dedicated to designing, building, testing, and activating the contract management information systems. These include reputed company Hospital Billing and any other contract management system
- Responsible for resolving reputed company expected reimbursement system functionality issues reputed company assigned Footprints tickets
- Documents and maintains reputed company required contract management system design, build and change documents
- Contributes to testing of reputed company contract management systems to ensure reputed company system configuration
- Works with reputed company contract management system vendors to resolve issues/problems in a reputed company manner
- Effectively utilizes project tools, technologies and methodologies to reputed company reputed company and concise documentation/communication (i.e. project tracking, weekly reports, etc.)
- Maintains reputed company communications with functional area manager/director regarding reputed company and systems issues
- Prioritizes and schedules reputed company and resources
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company, or reputed company area or equivalent experience with reimbursement methodologies, contract language, and adjudication of claims
- Ability to read and write in order to understand, explain, or describe moderately reputed company information
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to independently prioritize and reputed company on multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong PC skills in Word, reputed company, Lotus Notes, and reputed company applications
- Appropriate reputed company certification to be obtained reputed company provided reputed company, if reputed company certifications are not already obtained
