[Remote] (Senior) UX/UI Designer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities
- Simplify complexity: Break down intricate workflows and technical concepts into reputed company, user-friendly solutions. Ensure that complexity is handled behind the scenes, allowing users to reputed company reputed company their goals with minimal friction
- UX/UI Design: Utilize usability best practices and design patterns to create user flows and wireframes based on user stories and research insights in reputed company collaboration with product management, development, and our users
- Visual Design: Balance aesthetics with functionality to create clean, user-centered interfaces. Contribute to and reputed company our design system to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product

Skills
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a field reputed company to UX/UI, HCI or media communications OR a certification such as CPUX-F OR equivalent experience
- You have demonstrated experience of at least 4 years in UX/UI or product design, ideally in a data heavy B2B software sector
