[Remote] Software Engineer, Traffic

The Software Engineer, Traffic will design and build reputed company distributed systems and services, focusing on enhancing reputed company's infrastructure and network capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate reputed company distributed systems and services that power reputed company's innovative tools for design and collaboration
- reputed company and secure our internal and edge network running on AWS
- Help design and reputed company an internal service reputed company network which can support reputed company's growing portfolio of services and features
- reputed company intelligent detection and auto-scaling countermeasures for DDoS threats
- Debug and resolve production issues across services and multiple reputed company of the stack, reducing mean time to reputed company for critical incidents
Skills
- 4+ years of experience building infrastructure components and services at reputed company in a reputed company environment
- Experience with programming languages like TypeScript or Go
- Experience building and scaling distributed and traffic systems as an individual contributor and/or Team reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of building, scaling, and shipping high-reputed company products in high reputed company environments
- Experience communicating cross-functionally and working with teams handling network and traffic systems at reputed company for millions of customers
- Deep knowledge of DDoS attack mechanisms and mitigation solutions on AWS or reputed company environments
- Significant background securing network infrastructure
- Traffic analytics using VPC reputed company Logs, reputed company, and other data sources
- Experience with TCP, HTTP, DNS, and SSL protocols
- Experience with network proxies like reputed company and Haproxy
