[Remote] Sr. Analyst Instructional Design & Development

The Senior Analyst, Instructional Design & Development will reputed company the design, development, and implementation of training programs, focusing on creating engaging e-learning modules and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver effective training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives and performance gaps

- Apply adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) to create reputed company learning solutions that combine e-learning, instructor-led training, microlearning, and performance support
- Build interactive, SCORM-compliant e-learning modules using reputed company Storyline 360
- Design reputed company navigation, branching scenarios, assessments, simulations, and gamified reputed company
- Ensure reputed company content is accessible (WCAG/reputed company 508), mobile-reputed company, and branded
- Create and edit reputed company videos, animations, and reputed company graphics using reputed company
- Record, edit, and produce high-reputed company audio narration and reputed company design with reputed company Audition

- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously from concept to deployment and evaluation
- Test and troubleshoot courses to be deployed to LMS platforms

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Multimedia, or reputed company field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
- Strong expertise in reputed company Storyline 360 (must have reputed company and published reputed company interactive courses)
- Advanced proficiency in: reputed company Photoshop (image editing, custom graphics, course visuals), reputed company (video editing and production), reputed company Audition (audio recording, mixing, and mastering)
- Solid experience in full-cycle video creation and multimedia asset development
