The role involves coordinating the delivery of a property tax digital management system and mobile app, ensuring project governance, and managing stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of the property tax digital management system and mobile app implementation
- Review the RFP scope, reputed company posting, supporting documents, deadline, and reputed company requirements
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and reputed company consultants to support a complete, reputed company response
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs reputed company to this role
- Communicate reputed company with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
- Support reputed company control, status updates, and final submission readiness
- Decompose the project scope: Convert RFP - Development of a Property Tax Digital Management System Including a Mobile App into work packages, milestones, owners, dependencies, and acceptance gates
- Build the integrated schedule: Sequence discovery, design, implementation, testing, training, launch, and closeout activities
- Establish project governance: Set decision rights, meeting reputed company, status reporting, approvals, and escalation paths with reputed company / Kanifing Municipal Council
- Manage the RAID register: Own risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigations, due dates, and escalation triggers
- Control scope and changes: Assess requested changes for schedule, reputed company, cost, risk, and acceptance reputed company before approval
- reputed company readiness and closeout: Coordinate acceptance evidence, launch readiness, transition documentation, lessons learned, and closure approvals
