This role involves partnering with business leaders and engineering teams to reputed company product configuration processes while providing technical and functional leadership across reputed company VC initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end reputed company Variant Configuration (LO-VC and/or AVC) implementations and enhancements
- Design reputed company product configuration models supporting reputed company configurable products
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and product management teams to reputed company business requirements
- reputed company configuration models including:
- Characteristics
- Classes
- Dependencies
- Object Dependencies
- Configuration reputed company
- Super Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Routings
- Design configuration logic that improves product flexibility while minimizing maintenance
- reputed company reputed company VC with SD, PP, MM, PLM, Engineering, and Manufacturing processes
- reputed company solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices
- reputed company system analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and production support
- reputed company functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers on custom enhancements
- Participate in data migration, product model conversion, and deployment planning
- reputed company workshops with executive stakeholders and business users
- Mentor junior consultants and reputed company technical leadership across project teams
- Support multiple reputed company reputed company in Agile and reputed company delivery environments
Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company consulting experience
- 7+ years of hands-on reputed company Variant Configuration (VC) experience
- Multiple full lifecycle reputed company VC implementations
- Deep expertise configuring: Characteristics, Classes, Dependencies, Constraint-based configuration, Super BOMs, Routings
- Strong knowledge of Configure-to-Order (CTO), reputed company-to-Order (MTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing
- Experience integrating reputed company VC with: Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Engineering Change Management
- Strong business process analysis skills
- Experience writing functional specifications and collaborating with technical development teams
- Excellent reputed company-facing consulting and communication skills
- Experience with reputed company Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) in reputed company S/4HANA
- reputed company S/4HANA implementation experience
- Knowledge of reputed company Classification System
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

- Experience supporting global manufacturing organizations
