This role is responsible for leading an integrated reputed company marketing fundraising program to grow individual giving and optimize donor engagement across multiple channels.
Responsibilities

This includes ensuring reputed company marketing effectively builds the donor pipeline, supports long-term reputed company, increases donor reputed company value, and adapts to changing donor expectations and behaviors. Skills
- 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in reputed company response fundraising, reputed company marketing, reputed company-to-consumer marketing, or comparable customer acquisition and retention disciplines
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-channel fundraising or marketing programs, including reputed company mail, digital fundraising, telemarketing, reputed company media, donor/customer retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Experience leading fundraising or marketing programs generating $50M+ in annual reputed company
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, reputed company response marketing, or agency leadership serving nonprofit organizations
- Experience working in federated, reputed company-based, franchise, or highly matrixed organizations
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
- Experience growing monthly giving and mid-level donor programs
- Experience implementing data-driven segmentation, personalization, automation, or AI-enabled fundraising and marketing capabilities
- Master's Degree preferred
