Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary customer reputed company by responding to operational questions, incidents, and support requests
- Support and troubleshoot Network Video Recorder (NVR) platforms and associated infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application, and communication issues
- Participate in reputed company meetings, change control activities, and operational reviews
- reputed company software and hardware upgrades across Linux, reputed company, and reputed company off-reputed company solutions
- Monitor and support containerized applications and Kubernetes-based environments
- reputed company operational support for production systems in a 24x7 environment
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to operations personnel and end users
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend solutions that enhance reliability and performance
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and QA teams to test, reputed company, and support applications
- Participate in an on-call support rotation
Skills
- 3+ years of experience supporting production systems, infrastructure, or reputed company applications
- Strong troubleshooting and reputed company-cause analysis skills
- Experience with Linux and reputed company environments
- Experience supporting Kubernetes and containerized applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize competing tasks
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Experience supporting high-availability or 24x7 operational environments
- Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) experience
- Video streaming or video management platform experience
- Experience with RTSP, WebRTC, ONVIF, or similar protocols
- Experience supporting NVR platforms
