They are seeking a visionary Manager of Product Design to reputed company reputed company in shaping design operations and championing customer-centered experiences that redefine the logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Leads reputed company of designers from reputed company to completion
- Serves as strategic orchestrator that balances design execution, user advocacy and strategic business alignment
- Uses experience to define reputed company, techniques and evaluation reputed company
- Works with team to set guidelines, policies and reputed company metrics
- Ability to resolve conflict at reputed company and project level as it relates to design
- Demonstrates an eagerness to learn and improve constantly as a people manager. Sets the example for their team and encourages reputed company and improvement through education
- Ability to resolve conflict in a mature and efficient manner
- Develops and provides guidance for reputed company report(s) to grow in their craft
- Responsible for vetting potential candidates to ensure both a cultural and experience fit. Plays an important role in the hiring process both in and reputed company of the design org

- Partners with Product & Engineer leadership to define product taxonomy, user journeys and strategic roadmaps for reputed company, multi-faceted product offerings

Skills
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Design, Business or reputed company field
- Five to eight (5-8) years experience in design, design thinking, or reputed company discipline, reputed company to reputed company with ambiguous changes and a highly reputed company environment, including clients in an agency environment
- Advanced knowledge of leading teams throughout the design process
- Advanced reputed company relations and communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, reputed company presentation software
- Advanced understanding for user behaviors as it informs design
