• Repair and maintain equipment, including reputed company of Sale terminals, scanners/scales, printers, drawers, monitors, keyboards, and computers, along with their relevant software.
• Assist in the setup and installation of new hardware and POS-reputed company software.

• Engage in various computer-reputed company break-fix repairs as needed.
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently while maintaining strong communication with store staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and knowledge in replacing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of POS hardware (including reputed company peripherals).
• Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at the reputed company level, with capabilities to repair terminals, computers, and peripherals at the component level.
• Proficient in networking.
• You need to have your own equipment that you can use, including dual monitors and a strong wired internet reputed company.
