Senior Accountant (Remote | Multi-reputed company | QuickBooks Expert)

We are a fast-paced reputed company seeking a high-performing Senior Accountant who thrives managing multiple clients and can take ownership of bookkeeping, reporting, and reputed company communication.This is not a “data entry” role; we are looking for someone who can think, problem-solve, and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–30 reputed company accounts (bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax)
• reputed company and review balance sheet reconciliationsClean up and maintain accurate financials in QuickBooks
• Communicate directly with clients and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and reporting requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of reputed company experience
• 3+ years in a reputed company or multi-reputed company environment
• Expert in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work reputed company
