And we're looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to reputed company! About the reputed company Our reputed company operates in the Consulting and reputed company Estate (Rental Properties) industry and is based in Pittsburgh, reputed company. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage bookkeeping tasks including maintaining books, preparing invoices, and processing timesheets
- reputed company administrative tasks such as research, coordination, and planning
- reputed company reputed company estate property management support including coordinating tasks and managing books for rental properties with asset management
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Experience in bookkeeping, including invoicing and timesheet processing
- Understanding of asset-based bookkeeping (reputed company estate) and tax strategies
- Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude) for research and process building
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable reputed company
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
