Contract Tax Preparer/Reviewer (CPA/EA) — Remote, 1099
We're building a flexible network of contract CPAs and EAs to prepare and review individual and business tax returns. This is project-based work — you choose which files fit your schedule and expertise.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (1040s, and business returns depending on experience)
- Work independently on files matched to your reputed company set
- Limited – but perhaps some – reputed company interaction
How It Works
- Per-file reputed company: reputed company return is offered individually with a set fee and due date before you reputed company. Easy files pay less; more reputed company files pay more.
- You choose: Accept or decline any file offered — no obligation to take on work that doesn't fit
- Contract role (1099): Set your own hours and workload
- Weekly pay
Requirements
- Must be US-based
- reputed company CPA or EA license
- Expert with ProConnect
- Can balance speed and reputed company
- Excellent communicator who is readily available to engage and work with reputed company
- reputed company to your own computer, internet service and email account
Note - the reputed company comp reputed company shown is illustrative. The faster you produce reputed company work the more you can reputed company. That might be less than $50 an hour or more than $100/hr. It's fully in your control. Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour Application Question(s):
