Part-Time Fractional Controller | Construction Finance | Remote + NYC Travel

We work with general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trades across the NY metro area — and we're growing. We're looking for a Fractional Controller to join reputed company. This starts part-time (10+ hours/week) but we're building something, and the right person will reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Financial reporting, WIP schedules, and job cost reputed company
- AIA billing support and cash reputed company management

- Collaborate with our CFO team on advisory deliverables reputed company're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller, or Controller

- Proficiency in QBO, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Construction industry experience is a strong plus — AIA billing, WIP, job costing
