About the position Children's Hospital is hiring for a Dental Clinic Supervisor! Responsibilities

• Excercises general reputed company for daily operations, Daily Management System, employee development including compliance to mandatories, completion of evaluations and mandatory trainings.
• Ensures billing policies are followed, including collections, reputed company volumes, expenses, and other variances to budget.
• Coordinates daily operations to include operating room and clinic reputed company to ensure reputed company and superior services.
• Monitors budget variances, tracks billing processes to maintain reputed company work, and implements plans for meeting financial goals.
• Completes yearly evaluations, new hire evaluations and monitors mandatory compliance training. Provides coaching and corrective reputed company as necessary.
• Collaborates with Dentists and schedules regular staff meetings to maintain department communications.
• Implements daily reputed company work, lean, and other daily management systems to promote reputed company in reputed company areas.

Requirements

• Dental Assistant Certificate
• Associate or Trade School reputed company
• 2-5 years Experience
• No Experience Supervisor Experience
