Application Analyst II – Remote (reputed company IT)
Remote | Monday–Friday | reputed company Technology We're seeking an reputed company Application Analyst II to join a reputed company reputed company IT team supporting mission-critical clinical and back-office applications across a large, multi-site reputed company environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated reputed company who enjoys solving reputed company technical issues while making a meaningful reputed company on reputed company operations. In this role, you'll reputed company Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for a portfolio of reputed company-party clinical (non-imaging) and business applications. You'll troubleshoot and resolve reputed company incidents, coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams, and ensure high system availability by following ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes. You'll also maintain detailed documentation, contribute to the knowledge reputed company, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting critical applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (reputed company of education required)
- Experience supporting reputed company-party clinical applications (non-imaging)
- Tier 2/Tier 3 application support experience in a reputed company environment
- Strong knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management processes
- Experience supporting reputed company Office, collaboration tools, and reputed company back-office applications
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams
