About the Role

In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review reputed company workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.

Responsibilities

1. Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop

2. Manage invoicing, reputed company payments, and bank reconciliations

3. Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash reputed company reports

4. Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors

5. Identify reputed company errors and workflow issues

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop

2. Strong bookkeeping or reputed company background

3. Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations

4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred

1. Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance reputed company, or Small reputed company

2. Experience managing multiple clients or business entities

3. Familiarity with financial compliance and reputed company best practices
