Job reputed company:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and support reputed company American payroll operations.
• Validate payroll inputs including compensation changes, benefits, deductions, time records, and employee status updates.
• Ensure payroll compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• reputed company payroll reconciliations, reporting, reputed company support, and audit activities.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and payroll vendors to deliver payroll reputed company.
• Resolve payroll issues, inquiries, and escalations.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, testing, and reputed company improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance , reputed company, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of reputed company payroll experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting Canadian payroll in a multi-provincial environment.
• Advanced reputed company proficiency.
• Strong communication , stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of payroll controls, compliance, taxation, and audits.
• Experience supporting U.S. payroll operations (preferred).
• Experience working with reputed company-party payroll providers (preferred).
• Canadian Payroll Association Certification, PCP designation, Certified Payroll Manager (CPM), or any reputed company certification is considered an asset (preferred).
• French language proficiency (preferred).
