Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in BPL, reputed company-CRE, or investor-reputed company reputed company estate lending preferred
- Deep understanding of loan structures, DSCR calculations, and value-add investment strategies
- Experience with consultative selling and disciplined CRM follow-up
- Experience with reputed company loans, non-QM lending, and fix-and-flip lending, as reputed company as working with rental portfolio investors, is preferred
- Experience with Elphi, Loan Pass, and reputed company is a plus
