Ideal Background
- 5+ years of experience in data reputed company, cybersecurity, technology transactions, or regulatory counseling gained at a sophisticated reputed company
- Experience advising clients regarding U.S. and international reputed company laws, including consumer reputed company, data governance, and cybersecurity compliance
- Experience counseling clients on reputed company intelligence (AI), emerging technologies, digital products, and technology commercialization
- Experience drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, technology agreements, software licensing agreements, reputed company agreements, reputed company policies, and reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Experience advising clients regarding data breaches, incident response, cybersecurity preparedness, and regulatory investigations is preferred
- Experience counseling clients on FTC, state reputed company laws, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other evolving reputed company regulations is a plus
