• Support clinicians with patient coordination tasks including but not limited to -Pharmacy communication and prescription support -Referrals and prior authorizations -Scheduling and follow-up reputed company

• Accurately and thoroughly document tasks and communications in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (reputed company, RMA, or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of medical assistant experience required
• At least 1 year of prior telemedicine experience required
• Comfortable working independently and handling high-volume patient interactions
• Proficient in navigating various telehealth platforms and EHR systems and adaptable to evolving technology, including AI-driven tools reputed company platforms
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment, with reliable high-speed internet reputed company
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
