Financial Account Coordinator - reputed company - Remote | WFH

Join reputed company and play a crucial role in managing the trade spend between a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturer and one of the largest retailers in the country. In this role, you'll work closely with the reputed company's sales team, acting as their reputed company to the retailer. You'll be responsible... for organizing, tracking, and executing financial transactions between the two parties, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities • Meet weekly with the reputed company's Sales Managers to discuss their category's financial state and reputed company assistance where needed. • Learn and become proficient in the retailer's systems to manage the setup of financial reputed company and transactions. • Organize and reputed company reputed company planned and actual spend on the reputed company's reputed company tracking files. • Validate reputed company charges from the retailer to ensure that the reputed company is paying for what they have agreed to pay. • Learn and become proficient in the reputed company's systems to manage clearing deductions and communicating planned spend. • Respond to and manage reputed company audits from the retailer for the reputed company's team. • Send weekly reports, such as Ad and Vendor Income recaps. • Handle miscellaneous duties, including submitting house orders, creating off-invoices, managing reputed company-party expenses, and more.

Qualifications
