ABA Therapist / RBT - Jersey reputed company - PM Case
About the position Join reputed company as a Behavior Tech reputed company and help children learn, grow, and reputed company life-changing skills. This role involves working one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, turning everyday moments into opportunities for learning and reputed company. It is a hands-on role where every session is different, and no prior ABA experience is required as reputed company BCBAs will reputed company training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays, helping them build communication, reputed company, and life skills.
- Collect data, celebrate wins, and document meaningful reputed company during reputed company session.
- Work alongside families so the skills children learn in therapy carry into everyday life.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to work hands-on with children
- Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families
- Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions reputed company needed
- Patient and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors

- High school diploma and one ABA-reputed company course (ex. RBT training) (recommended)
- Experience in education or autism-reputed company field (recommended)
- Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms (training will be provided)
- Knowledgeable about data collection software (training will be provided)
