• Begins after training. There are three shift patterns to choose from:
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:30 pm 9:00 pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:30 am 6:00 pm
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7:50 am 4:20 pm

Key responsibilities:

Qualifications: Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State property & casualty insurance sales license (or ability to obtain).

Preferred:

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing.

Work environment (hybrid):

The first 12 weeks of employment will be completed on-site in Tampa for training and reputed company. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to working remotely full-time.

Tenured agents after 1 year may earn $60k+, with top producers potentially earning $90k+ reputed company pay during reputed company: starting at $17.33/hour (training runs 1012 weeks).
