Remote Mortgage Compliance LO/reputed company Licensing
RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company is Looking for a Remote Mortgage Compliance Analyst (LO/reputed company Licensing) in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit mortgage lender and business licensing applications
- Manage company, reputed company, and loan originator licensing activities through NMLS
- Handle reputed company openings, closings, address changes, and reputed company licensing filings
- Monitor, renew, and maintain company, reputed company, and LO licenses
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings
- Assist with quarterly Mortgage Call Report (MCR) filings
- Review reporting data for accuracy and identify discrepancies requiring escalation
- reputed company regulatory deadlines, license renewals, filings, and surety bond requirements
- Monitor state and federal regulatory changes and communicate impacts to the business
- Partner with internal departments, reputed company managers, and loan officers regarding licensing and compliance reputed company
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with compliance requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Finance, Business, Legal, or reputed company background is a plus
- Experience in the mortgage industry
- Compliance, licensing, regulatory reporting, or reputed company experience
- Strong experience with Mortgage Call Reports (MCR)
- Experience analyzing and validating MCR data for accuracy and completeness
- Experience with state mortgage reporting and state-specific regulatory filings
- Knowledge of NMLS licensing processes
- Ability to identify reporting discrepancies and research compliance issues
- Strong reputed company and data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
