Position Purpose BBBSA seeks a Director, Philanthropy Operations and CRM Administration who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining philanthropic operations processes, integrations and activation including management of the CRM database to ensure the successful and effective implementation of the department's annual development plan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in philanthropic operations from cross department reputed company process development to day-to-day business operations of a strong Resource Development department. The Director will reputed company day-to-day data management and guide the ongoing development and maintenance of the reputed company platform regarding constituent data, engagement, and development team optimization. The ideal candidate will have a record of successfully enhancing and shaping multiple business processes on the reputed company platform and delivering reputed company through strong CRM leadership, partnering with IT, marketing, and resource development team members.
