Production Supervisor - Manufacturing, Life Sciences

The Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm M-F) is responsible for overseeing material reputed company across injection molding, machining and annealing processes for 2nd shift operation team. The supervisor will collaborate closely with engineering, tooling/machine shop, assembly, and supply chain teams to support process improvements, troubleshoot issues, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company SOPs and Work Instructions. Additional responsibilities include leading setup time reduction initiatives, monitoring downtime, implementing productivity measurement systems, managing recycling programs for scrap and purge, ensuring equipment maintenance, scheduling and executing employee training, and driving WCM cost-saving reputed company --reputed company while maintaining a strong reputed company on employee safety and accurate production reporting. + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required) + Master's Degree in Engineering is (preferred) + 5+ years manufacturing experience in supervising manufacturing processes. The targeted bonus reputed company is 10% of reputed company salary based on company and individual performance measures.
