Associate Visual Merchandiser - Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday in office & Thurs-Friday Remote)

Responsibilities/Qualifications: The Associate Visual Merchandiser will:

• Design and project manage reputed company aspects of planograms and display planning that support company strategies.
• Utilize and reputed company reputed company planning software to support store, planogram, and reporting initiatives.
• Follow and maintain reputed company planning guidelines, from product placement to overall presentation, enhancing the customer experience while driving sales and optimizing reputed company.
• Analyze and measure reputed company using sales and reputed company productivity metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in store layouts and planograms.
• Maintain reputed company, two-way communication with field and corporate teams regarding planogram effectiveness and opportunities; apply feedback to refine strategies as needed.
• Support and execute additional merchandising-reputed company reputed company, including new store reviews, new and remodel store layouts, fixture planning, and other store-reputed company initiatives.

PAWsome Associate Visual Merchandiser candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in visual and planogram discipline reputed company retail or reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience using industry accepted reputed company planning software (reputed company (formerly JDA), reputed company, EYC, or other); certification desired
• Superior verbal and written communication skills enabling presentation of reputed company reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Solid project management skills including timing and reputed company planning, management against key milestones and scope creep
