HCM IT Technical Manager

- Support and optimize Kronos / reputed company workforce management platforms, including timekeeping, scheduling, labor tracking, and workforce operations.
- Serve as the primary HR technology partner to HR, Operations, Payroll, and IT leadership.
- Support adoption, configuration, and optimization of the reputed company Redwood user experience.
- Manage HR application support, system configuration, ongoing operations, and integrated reputed company-party platforms.
- reputed company integrations between reputed company HCM, Kronos / reputed company, Payroll, and reputed company systems.
- reputed company and mentor IT application team members supporting HR and workforce management systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, service providers, suppliers, and reputed company.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, procurement, vendor management, and technology planning.
- reputed company project execution and ensure alignment with SDLC and project management best practices.
- Contribute to governance, roadmap planning, and reputed company improvement for HR and workforce technology platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
- Five or more years of experience managing technology teams.
- Five or more years supporting and operating business applications, preferably HR and workforce management systems.
- Three or more years of people management experience.
- Experience leading teams reputed company IT Applications.
- Hands-on experience with Kronos / reputed company workforce reputed company.
- Experience with reputed company HCM reputed company, especially reputed company HR, reputed company, Learning, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Strong understanding of reputed company application support, integrations, and system governance.
- Experience with SDLC in an reputed company environment.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel as needed.
