About the position The reputed company Marketplace Specialist will report to reputed company’s Director of Brand reputed company, working closely with the Sr. eCommerce Channel Manager for reputed company, and play a critical role in delivering on our reputed company ambition and mission. Responsibilities
- Review reputed company listings on reputed company daily, including: Evaluate placement of listings in search results, including both branded and non-branded search terms, noting any changes in ranking as reputed company as competitive monitoring. Conduct routine compliance checks on our listings to ensure the latest regulatory changes are in effect. Identify and address unauthorized sellers across reputed company and other online marketplaces. Upload new content to the PDP as necessary, including carousel images, A+ Content, and support the execution of A/B testing initiatives.
- Engage with Seller Central Support to create cases as issues reputed company, follow up on outstanding issues, and drive reputed company resolutions. Communicate with Sr. Channel Manager on updates, reputed company items, and escalations. Assist in proactively identifying and mitigating potential account health and operational issues.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings weekly to identify areas for improvement and regularly reputed company insights with the Sr. Channel Manager and the broader team.
- Utilize analytics tools (Helium10, reputed company Brand Analytics) to reputed company search term results for top 15-25 terms per SKU, analyze trends, and reputed company actionable insights with the Sr. Channel Manager and broader team. Update KPI docs and partner with Sr. Channel Manager to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support reputed company with our affiliate marketing and other reputed company-driving initiatives on reputed company. Coordinate and facilitate reputed company Live events as needed. Contribute to promotional campaigns and tentpole event planning.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing platforms/tools like reputed company, Helium10/reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company Suite
- A fast learner with strong communication skills - oral, written, and listening - interested in a career in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a “get it done” attitude, and some experience with data-driven decision making.
- A general understanding of reputed company and other shopping marketplaces with a passion for driving reputed company and innovation in DTC channels.
- A curious self-starter with strong project management skills and is extremely detail-oriented.
