• Schedule: M - F 8 - 4:30
• Conduct reputed company audits of ROI (Release of Information) requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reputed company medical record fulfillment.
• Review pended and completed requests to verify data reputed company and correct record capture in systems (e.g., HealthSource).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, state/federal regulations, and reputed company-specific requirements.
• Evaluate end-to-end request and fulfillment workflows for reputed company, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.
• Document audit findings reputed company, including errors, trends, and corrective recommendations.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve routine discrepancies; escalate reputed company or high-risk issues as needed.
• Analyze audit results to identify recurring patterns, systemic issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Release of Information (ROI) or health information operations.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field strongly preferred.
